Clean Up: FN-INK™ vs. Perfect/Wilflex Ink | Screenprinting.com

After a long day of spreading emulsion, exposing, and printing, all you want is an easy cleanup so you can hit the hay fast. Luckily, we've discovered a way to streamline ink removal.

Whether you're using Supreme Wash or Ink Degrader, you'll see completely different effects with removing ink off screens depending on the ink you're using.

This effect is especially prominent in the winter, and your shop is posted up in the basement or garage. The cooler temps affect and emphasize the consistency of your ink. The Perfect INK or Wilflex Ink have a thicker, heavier body whereas the FN-INK™ has a lighter body. The lighter body makes it quicker and easier to break down the ink when you clean up. At the end of the day, you'll be saving yourself time and some energy in your muscles.

Winter is coming, so grab a quart or two of the FN-INK™, or stick with the thicker inks and use that cold weather as an excuse to buff up your arms.

All the Sgreen chemical products and environmentally safe and Eco-Friendlier™. They're nontoxic, biodegradable, and drain safe. Sgreen products make certain your health and the earth's health are taken care of.
