First we started by heating our all-veggie Thanksgiving feast with our Hot Roq Quartz Flash. This got the internal temperature up and primed the meal for a good crisping.

Make sure your entrees reach a surface temperature of 320-330 degrees for proper digestion!

Next up on the menu is a delightful turkey dinner sandwich from a local artisan cafe. (we added some extra cranberries since we were feeling festive)
For the proper panini experience we loaded it onto our Stahls Hotronix Fusion Heat Press.
Set at 351 degrees for 10 seconds and 8 pressure oughta do the trick.
WOW! Cooked to PERFECTION!
