The ROQ Fold, ROQ Pack and ROQ Stack allows a single operator to fold and pack garments ranging in size from infant to adult 4x, and nearly any style of garment from short to long sleeve or pants into a bag.
Available in 3 expandable modules the ROQ Fold, ROQ Stack, and ROQ Pack allow you add on and grow your packaging solution as demand requires.
The ROQ Fold and ROQ Stack allows a single operator to fold and stack garments into stacks ranging from 2-24 pieces. The stacked garments then move down a conveyor line for staging. The base model conveyor will hold up to 10 stacks of 24.
The ROQ Fold and ROQ Pack allow a single operator to fold and pack any size or style of garments with limited adjustments that typically take less than 10 seconds to complete. The ROQ Fold and ROQ Pack are capable of folding and packaging up to 6 pieces at a time.
The ROQ Fold, ROQ Stack, and ROQ Pack can be combined into one complete solution that allows a single operator from one position to fold nearly any garment. The operator then has the option to either stack the folded garments or pack the folded garments. When combined with the ROQ Stack, the ROQ Pack is capably of packing up to 6 individually folded shirts into one bag or a bulk fold of up to 6 pieces.
The ROQ Pack uses 3 roles of plastic to custom weld the bag around each garment negating the need to stock different sizes of bags. The rolls of plastic can be supplied printed as well with suffocation warnings or company logos.
